We collect the following types of information: • Account data: Apple ID identifier (if signed in), device identifier (for guest accounts) • Activity data: Step count (from Apple Health, with your permission), focus session durations, mood diary entries • Usage data: In-app actions (feeding, hatching, pet interactions) for game progression • Device info: Language preference, timezone, notification settings

Your information is used to: • Power game mechanics: Convert real-life activities into in-game resources for pet nurturing • Personalize experience: Display content in your preferred language, deliver local notifications • Maintain your account: Sync progress across sessions and enable account recovery • Improve the App: Analyze usage patterns in aggregate to enhance features

We access Apple Health data (step count) only with your explicit permission. Health data is used solely to calculate in-game food resources. We do not store raw health data on our servers — only the converted resource amounts. You can revoke Health data access at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.

Mood entries and diary content you submit are stored on our servers to enable game mechanics and mood history features. Diary text is associated with your account and not shared with other users or third parties.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Guest account credentials are stored in your device's Keychain. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only: (a) with service providers who help operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting); (b) if required by law or legal process; (c) to protect the rights and safety of our users.

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your account and associated data; (d) withdraw consent for Health data access at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
